I am happy to bring these happy news to court watchers and disabled litigants attending Delaware County Supreme Court sessions.
At the request of Supreme Court Justice Christopher P. Baker, Supervising Judge of the 6th Judicial District, as of today, two significant changes were made to routines of Delaware County Supreme Court:
(1) court watchers of virtual hearings do not need to bother - they will be kept in the virtual lobby during the entire hearing. Virtual drinks will be offered;
(2) in order to more effectively thwart the Americans with Disabilities Act, all court hearings of Justice Christopher P. Baker in Delaware County Supreme Court will now start at 5:30 a.m. sharp.
