Intrigued by the article in the Walton Reporter about private donations in support of a public police drug-sniffing K-9 "officer Ozzie" the German Shepard, handled and cared for reportedly by Delaware County Deputy Sheriff John Demeo, I filed the following Freedom of Information Request with Delaware County, New York:
