FOIL requests were filed for copies of $129.6 million worth of public contracts in Delaware County awarded without public bidding

I FOILed authorities who are custodians of the $129.6 million in contracts awarded by Delaware County, with approval of the current judicial candidate, Delaware County Attorney Porter Kirkwood, while illegally bypassing public bidding.
